@rdhinds I agree with a Voice.
I believe the Voice, via the Minister for Indigenous Australians & sitting within the Office of the PM & Cabinet, already exists.
If this mechanism is not working, I fear a body outside of government won’t work either.
This proposal has been too rushed.

I am saddened recognition has since become confounded with an advisory body. It shouldn’t have been this way.

If you pay taxes and find yourself having to contribute to funding something permanently that is not working, then it affects you.

I believe many will vote ‘No’ due to a reluctance to permanently change the constitution with absolutely no guarantee of success; and so they should.
