🔴 The son of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza held in Israeli detention since December 2024, warned Monday that his father’s life is in danger after being transferred to solitary confinement in Nafha Prison — a move the family says came in direct retaliation for filing a legal appeal with the Israeli Supreme Court.

The family says Abu Safiya is being held in a two-meter cell with no food, water, medicine, or access to his lawyer.

“How can a person be punished for asking why he is being detained?” his son asked in an urgent public appeal. “Every hour that passes without action may bring more suffering and pain.”

⭕️ U.S., Israel, Lebanon Agree to Ceasefire Contingent on Hezbollah Withdrawal South of Litani

The United States, Israel, and Lebanon have issued a joint statement following a fourth high-level trilateral meeting in Washington on June 2-3, announcing a ceasefire agreement contingent on Hezbollah’s full withdrawal from southern Lebanon.

🔸 The ceasefire conditions
▪️ Complete cessation of Hezbollah fire
▪️ Evacuation of all Hezbollah operatives from the South Litani Sector
▪️ Creation of pilot zones where the Lebanese Armed Forces take exclusive control, excluding all non-state actors

🔸 On Iran
All parties condemned Iran’s attacks on countries in the region and “ongoing activities that undermine stability throughout the Middle East, whether through support for proxies and all other acts of aggression.”

🔸 On sovereignty
All parties rejected “any attempt, by any state or non-state actor, to hold Lebanon’s future hostage.”
▪️The U.S. committed to supporting the Lebanese Armed Forces to assert control throughout Lebanese territory.

🔸 Next steps
Both political and security tracks will reconvene the week of June 22, with the aim of reaching a comprehensive agreement.

Anonyme : Cette semaine, j’étais dans un parc aquatique avec ma famille quand un ado m'a défait le haut de mon bikini par derrière, en guise de "mauvaise blague". Je me suis retournée et je lui ai mis une grosse claque.

J'ai 32 ans. J'étais dans le petit bassin avec ma fille, à essayer de lui apprendre à nager, quand j'ai soudain senti qu'on tirait d'un coup sec sur les ficelles de mon maillot.

Avant même que je puisse comprendre ce qui se passait, le tissu s'est détaché. Je me suis retournée et j'ai vu ce garçon d’environ 16/17 ans planté là. Il avait un sourire répugnant, tenait les ficelles de mon bikini dans sa main et rigolait avec ses potes comme s'il venait de faire la blague de l'année.

Je n'ai même pas réfléchi. Ma main a percuté sa joue avant même que mon cerveau ne réalise. C'était un coup vraiment sec. Son sourire a disparu d'un coup. Il a reculé en titubant, les deux mains sur le visage, pendant que ses copains se sont tus net.

Et là, les cris ont commencé. Ses parents ont surgi de nulle part. Sa mère s'est mise à hurler que j'avais "agressé un enfant". Son père a menacé d'appeler la police. Il m'a traitée de "femme hystérique" et a dit que je n'avais pas le droit de frapper un mineur.

Les agents de sécurité et les maîtres-nageurs ont accouru. Les parents du garçon exigeaient que je sois arrêtée pour coups et blessures. Ils disaient qu'ils allaient porter plainte et m'ont traitée de "femme violente" qui n'avait "aucun droit" de toucher leur fils.

Je leur ai dit de regarder les caméras de surveillance. L'angle qui montre comment il a attrapé mon haut de maillot. Qu'ils aillent interroger les témoins : mon mari, Julien, l'a vu, une autre mère l'a vu aussi.

J'ai dit clairement aux parents : s'ils voulaient porter plainte contre moi pour la gifle, je porterais plainte contre leur fils pour harcèlement sexuel. Pour m'avoir déshabillée devant ma fille et des parfaits inconnus, et pour m'avoir touchée contre mon gré.

On nous a tous demandé de quitter la piscine. J'étais assise dans la voiture, tremblante et humiliée, tenant mon haut fermement fermé contre moi, pendant que mon mari conduisait en silence pour rentrer.

Puis il a fini par dire : "Tu étais vraiment obligée de le frapper si fort ? Ce n'est qu'un gamin. Tu aurais sûrement pu juste crier. Maintenant, on va peut-être se retrouver avec une plainte sur le dos."

Rien qu'un gamin. Un gamin qui trouvait ça drôle de dénuder à moitié une femme en public. Un gamin à qui ses parents ont visiblement appris que le corps d'une femme est un terrain de jeu pour des "blagues débiles".

Est-ce que je suis en tort d'avoir réagi avec mes mains plutôt qu'avec des mots quand un inconnu a tiré sur mes vêtements pour m'exhiber ? Et parce que je refuse de m'excuser d'avoir défendu ma dignité devant ma fille ?
