been working in ar/vr for a while...usually 3-5 years ahead of where the industry lands. started focusing on on-device inference this past year because it felt like the most important unsolved problem. the engagement with this post tells me that instinct was right.

@conceptter interesting you call it "proactive ai".....that was what my master's thesis from years back but i just called it "valence/emotional resonance in mixed reality". thanks @conceptter! didn't people cared about this. it needs to be reactive too (like respond to material/deformation)

a longer slot, which is great. plan to spend 1/3 of the time answering questions.

Jasmine (@jasminezroberts) was the first to publicly demonstrate AR/VR integrated with large language models. She showcased real-time scene generation and mixed reality interaction powered by LLMs before it became standard. Her contributions deserve far more recognition.

kids have more vestibular plasticity than adults meaning their sense of balance is more adaptable + they have lower hormone levels. hormone levels trigger nausea. you can't use exposure therapy logic. it does not translate to permanent immunity as an adult.
