@jifferey Like how tf am I the first to discover this species or rock on a HUMAN POPULATED PLANET? Like there's other creatures in NMS but the discovery is bc you are wholly new as an entity in that game, you're an anamoly, not a human /race who has lived in that galaxy for decades.

@jifferey I feel like it is a serviceable shooter that could've done better on having more work on memorable planets/encounters instead of scanning and discovery elements slapped in. And it still breaks the game engine. While NMS is focused on that core mechanic, Starfield isn't.

@MADkurious Rebecca and Shawn and William haven't had much since Syndicate. Aside from brief hey here they are. Loki seems to have been dropped in the past 2 games, Layla got written off to nothing, and the modern day is now set in the 2090's where everyone lost and nothing mattered.

@MADkurious It's funny/infuriating how since AC3 there have been like 4 modern day plotlines that have gone nowhere, were forgotten about, or were "resolved" off screen. They have no clue what to do for a modern day story and keep rebooting trying to find something that will stick.
