1000 days in pain since covid stole my life. Help is never coming, no-one cares and don't have 1000 more days. As twitter and US collapse into darkness, leaving final plea into the void to at least not spend my last days homeless in fascist nightmare of Florida

🚨NEW PAPER - MUST READ!
Fantastic academic review about #LongCovid
Covers almost EVERYTHING known to date.
Unfortunately except a cure.

Just a reminder according to Florida Governor and Florida Department of Health official statement
"#LongCovid isn't real"
and
"exercise cures/prevents #LongCovid"
But this reddit thread is full of #LongCovidAthletes
So they all must be faking it I guess?
https://t.co/rh4mGqUv8d
said sincerely, not sarcastically:
THANK YOU next 5,10+ million
who willfully risk, get #LongCovid
Your bizarre choice at least funds research?
NO vax or drug prevents or cures it
NO "undo" button, you're done
You'll be "alive" but many nights you'll wish not.
Months, then years
@EricTopol@NatureMedicine @v_puntmann @GoetheCVI …if results are confirmed, this study would support my long held suspicion that we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg WRT “mild” Covid pathophysiology. I wouldn’t be surprised if 25 - 50% of “mild” Covid patients have permanent myocardial inflammation/scarring.
@LongCovidNews Dangerous trap as the people who made that test did it only to upsell their own treatment regime and since there's definitely more than one kind of #LongCovid it will discard other people suffering as "not having illness" if they don't have upsell criteria
https://t.co/vF4YaX4re7
Diana Berrent, founder of #longCovid support group Survivor Corps, has seen many of the 180,000 members of her Facebook group spend thousands on IncellDX treatments with no real results “Bruce Patterson and Dr. Yo are, to me, the sketchiest guys out there.”https://t.co/x1IfyaSMLL
@clarejdaly I prefer to track it in phases
rather than huge block of time.
Progress vs Setsbacks vs Plateaus.
Much more difficult but helps to see patterns.
Otherwise it risks becoming an identity.
ie. I am a runner with #LongCovid
Not a #LongCovid that is trying to run.
#LongCovidAthletes
So tired of being tired
Can't remember last time felt rested, years now
I know most don't "get it"
And hope y'all never do truly understand
Always lived for morning run but now literally
Race-level prep each day just for a few miles
Then intense recovery to make next day possible
@McKirdyTrained Dedicated race promotes the sport.
Marathon Trials should vaguely match Olympic course
(ie. Alamosa vs Mexico City altitude)
Atlanta not like Tokyo/temperature (but great challenge that broke pure speed)
Re-used races ala Houston2012 still run on different day/hour but now likely
"The Many Effects of #LongCovid"
(aka don't mask? try to guess which ones you'll get sooner or later over next few years, work, school, shopping, etc. Worth the trade-off?)

⚠️elite 2:16 Marathoner sidelined!
#LongCovid 101
1⃣ Natto-Serra daily
2⃣ all exercise MUST stay below lactate-threshold at ALL times, anaerobic effort causes #PEM and muscle injury via mitochondria dysfunction vs fueling atp/glycogen/fat
3⃣ ketones may help
#LongCovidAthletes
So having suffered for nearly a year now with #longcovid type symptoms, wondered if any other athletes out there have been through similar? My HR is constantly 15-20bpm higher than normal and I sometimes struggle to run a mile. @DrNoelPollock@BritAthletics any advice? #ukrunchat
@UpshotNYT Here's a far more important list because it gives you an idea where copies of all those classified documents may have been sent and explains other behaviors.
Did the press ever research a list like this or was social media nonsense better for traffic?

@fast_women Definitely women out there who've never even done a jog, then late-life start to run, suddenly realize it's like a scratch-off lottery ticket for them where they keep "winning", getting faster/easier.
Keira is NOT one of those.
At 17 she knew she was elite: 4:30 1500m, 9:30 3000m
Imagine if six billionaire businessmen "died by suicide" this year in USA?
But that what's going on in Russia right now.
hint: they were anti-war
All athletic federations must cut off Russia for safety and support, to bring #BrittneyGriner home (and other pawns)
#DarkestTimeline
@AthleticsWeekly Very curious! I'm sure she has best nutrition advice but is it more of an issue than #Maltodextrin has highest glycemic index/load, often used in gels but you can get without too?
🤔I've noticed I cannot get into ketosis for long time after using whey that has Maltodextrin added.
@McKirdyTrained Corruption and bad attitude towards long-distance at the top, it's a bad joke on athletes.
Imagine if swimming federation did this to their people?
btw don't mean fantastic USATF volunteers but people like Max-Kickback Siegel, he's probably distracted grifting NASCAR and Nike🙄
#GreatNorthRun next Sunday September 11th
World's largest Half-Marathon (fastest? but downhill no WR)
Unofficial racing season start 🔟days woohoo!
