@YodelOnline how do I speak to an actual person at your customer services department please to make a complaint about yet another missing parcel please?
@parcelforce another failed delivery. I have sent you a direct message on top of the previous failed deliveries. Every other courier has no issues finding my property except for you. And then to add insult to injury the number to call to rearrange delivery is a premium rate one.
@bbguns4less despite @YodelOnline admitting they’ve lost my order you still ignore my requests for a replacement/refund??? Is this your promise of customer satisfaction?
@McDonaldsUK Popped into your Witney branch tonight. Food stone cold, wrap had bacon when requested without and looked like it had been assembled by someones feet! Absolutely shocking! What a waste of money!!! Would have complained there but the staff there don't care!
