@Eurostar I booked a standard trip London to Paris and upgraded my seat with points. Ideally I need to change to an earlier train- if so will be seat upgrade still be applied to my new booking if I change my journey via the app?

@BootsHelp queued at the till of Wood Green boots and was told (when I got to the front) that the till is only for medicine and I had to queue elsewhere. If you are going to have such random rules, at least have signs up to inform customers so we don’t waste our time.

@QWERTYbeerbox my husband has really enjoyed your Cornish and London beer boxes (bought for him instead of Easter egg). Always a winner when I can buy him a box where he has never tried any of them before (and there are no stouts!). Easy ordering on website and fast delivery too!

@HotelChocolat hi there, are the two halves of the patisserie ostrich egg supposed to be the same? Haven’t tried it yet but they are both coated in white chocolate with chocolate pieces … is one supposed to be with pecan?

As you can see both halves are identical. Looking online I think that’s incorrect?
