For all of you who love the podcast Circle Round, the former host Rebecca Sheir is starting a new podcast! Check out her insta for the goodbye video or contribute to her go fund me here: https://t.co/BZ6UZOgQag?
This is an interesting take that I like. I'm not convinced to watch this movie but I agree that this is a clever take on terrifying giants in a modern movie landscape
unpopular opinion but i actually quite like this as an artistic decision; if these are the Laestrygonians then this is a pretty cool way to demonstrate the weird out-of-time quality of books 9-12 in the best way cinema can (by having something *look* strange)

Hey folks! I didn't mention it on here but myself and Kenny Curtis and Jillian Hughes started a new podcast! It's History stories for the discerning 8 year old. We've got royal sibling rivalries, lost explorers, & cursed objects! Check out History Snacks! https://t.co/r2QNCUpOYY
Interview: Laughing Place had a chance to sit down with #GreekingOut podcast host Kenny Curtis to discuss bringing Greek mythology to kids everywhere.

@dany_egorov@Austen The Greeking Out crew is making a history podcast! In the meantime some greats of the genre: The Past and the Curious, Forever Ago, Who What Wow, and Homeschool History. All great shows!
@anxiousrekt@corduroycleric I've been working in publishing over a decade and I want people to stop worshipping physical books. Rip those books up! Make them into purses! Dog ear the corners. The story inside is unaffected I promise.
@anxiousrekt@corduroycleric Omg I just wanted to jump in here to say if there was one thing I want readers to understand it's that stories are sacred but books are consumer products (with the exception of your lovely ripped in half book that has been enriched by the story of your parents love!)
I'd like to know what comedy trends and formats are going viral on social platforms -- delivered to me in the form of, say, a monthly report.
Does anyone specialize, or know anyone specializes, that I could hire to do this research for me?
