I work in a city hospital at a level 1 trauma center and I’d say probably 25% of my patients have ETOH or substance misuse histories. I see a lot of IVDU, liver failure, Wernicke’s encephalopathy as well as trauma related to MVCS, GSWs.

Teachers are leaving the profession in droves cause of heavy load, low pay and ignorant parents harassing them. Now you want them to carry guns? Think analytically not to justify
