NHS Trust bosses are known for ability to evade culpability by resigning at first whiff of trouble. They turn up soon after in some high office elsewhere.

@chloeMrBsLegacy @PHSOmbudsman I agree with your reasons, but don't underestimate the system's ability to destroy you in the process. I was acting for someone who had no one else to back her up. I witnessed the worst inhumanity & not one of the agencies cared. Went on for 10 years!

@chloeMrBsLegacy @PHSOmbudsman You can't take yr complaint to PHSO until the NHS shut it down at local level. That said it is standard advice, but usually given prematurely. Ask them if yr complaint has been shut down and, if not, ask them for their final response.
