@SamsungUK why do all your phones turn the sound down??? I camnot even hear a lecture I am replaying after an hour! Very annoying. Some of us are not blasting music all day. Stop nannying my ears!

@DuckDuckGo Hello and greetings. I pressed the wrong button, thinking that this was app tracking protection button. They look the same. I cannot turn the thing off. It stays semi on.
