There are a couple of motions to convert to Ch7 but nothing granted yet. Also a possibility of Ch11 with Trustee appointed.

(1/2) Wanted to let Uphold users know that, as a step in trying to help victims of the Cred collapse, The Flare Foundation has agreed to grant Uphold's users who may have lost their XRP with Cred their corresponding amounts of Spark token.

Regarding Cred - we were hoping that @ihaveCred @dschatt would be able to give us information as to individual holdings. This hasn't happened yet so we are discussing with the exchanges directly. Update by 28th November.
