$TLRY failed to hold support and broke down. We are now approaching prior lows and this looks strikingly similar to $UUUU when I called its bottoming process months ago. Fundamentally nothing has changed w/ cannabis sector, so I suspect this is just part of the bottoming process.

Pulled back to the green region as expected, let's see if we can rally off this level and attack the $9-$10 region again. If one was waiting for an aggressive entry to add to a long term position, this would be it. If want to play it safer, wait for a reclaim of $9-$10. $TLRY

As expected, our 4150-4250 region acted as resistance on the retest and we saw a pretty aggressive rejection. The next key HTF area of support is 3200-3500 and I think testing it is very feasible however we have some inefficiencies above us so we may see some relief first. $SPX

As expected, our 4150-4250 region acted as resistance on the retest and we saw a pretty aggressive rejection. The next key HTF area of support is 3200-3500 and I think testing it is very feasible however we have some inefficiencies above us so we may see some relief first. $SPX

There is the reaction I was looking for, however our prior region of support (around 4150-4250) should now act as resistance, so we need to reclaim this region for bulls to take control again. May see an initial rejection here as this is the first test of this flipped level. $SPX

Surprisingly, our support region ended up holding for the third time, igniting a rally back to our monthly resistance zone. That being said, we are once again at resistance after taking the local highs. Looking for a move down to 4200-4300. $SPX

A nice rally over the last days but for now this is just a bearish retest. A pullback here makes the most sense BUT if we can hold GREEN region and rally again to attack this region a 2nd time we may take it. A reclaim of $9-$10 at any point signals the bottom is likely in. $TLRY

As expected we saw our rejection off of monthly resistance shortly after my last post. Support on the downside has been held but we are testing it for a third time now so looks like we are headed to 4000 on $SPX.

@dickvanwinkle13 So do I :) Nothing has changed fundamentally so I suspect it will be. Unless the world stops using cannabis, or the trend of it becoming more legal suddenly shifts (which is unlikely), or the largest legal cannabis producer in the world (Tilray) goes bankrupt, it probably will.

We lost what is arguably the most important support on the chart- our weekly/monthly demand at around $9-$10. We have now hit the last local demand before new lows. We need to reclaim that $9-$10 region asap or else we may be in for a longer accumulation as noted in my last post.
