The magic of german bureaucracy:
- apply within a made-up deadline
- wait 6-8 weeks for processing
- request gets denied because they screwed up
- appeal
- appeal gets denied because they didn't get enough time to process request
- appeal was within their made-up deadline

And I had to go through a biohazard exposure protocol today because of exposure to unknown (literal) crap. Lets hope I dont die. This city definitely changed for the worse.

Is it just me, or is Aachen getting worse in terms of quality of life and hygiene?

Had to change 3 "puncture resistant" tires so far this year because of glass from broken bottles, never happened before. Trash is everywhere as well.
