Even if a woman is 40 and has never been married, she has every right to her own preferences. She alone will live with the consequences of her choices and decisions, not anyone else.

So, regardless of her age, attacking or ridiculing a woman simply because she says she does not want to marry a man who is already married is unfair and beneath responsible conduct. Mature and responsible men should respect her right to choose, even if they disagree with her preference.

Apollo 13 never landed on the Moon, but through remarkable teamwork and innovation, NASA transformed a catastrophic explosion into one of the greatest rescue missions in space history.

On April 13, 1970, what was supposed to be NASA's third Moon landing suddenly became one of the greatest survival stories in modern history, the mission was Apollo 13.

Astronauts Jim Lovell, Jack Swigert, and Fred Haise were nearly 322,000 kilometers (200,000 miles) from Earth when an oxygen tank exploded inside the spacecraft's service module, the explosion crippled the spacecraft, electricity began to fail, oxygen leaked into space, water supplies became critically limited, the Moon landing was immediately abandoned, the crew's new mission was simple: Stay alive. Back on Earth, engineers at NASA's Mission Control in Houston worked around the clock, using only the equipment already aboard the spacecraft, they devised ingenious solutions to problems no one had ever imagined, one famous challenge involved rising carbon dioxide levels inside the cabin, the available filters didn't fit the emergency system. Engineers improvised a solution using plastic bags, cardboard, tape, and other ordinary materials already onboard, the astronauts built the device in space and it worked, to conserve power, the crew endured freezing temperatures inside the spacecraft, surviving on minimal food and water as they looped around the Moon and began the long journey home. After nearly six days of uncertainty, Apollo 13 safely splashed down in the Pacific Ocean on April 17, 1970, all three astronauts survived. Although Apollo 13 never landed on the Moon, it is widely regarded as one of NASA's greatest successes, not because everything went according to plan, but because extraordinary teamwork, calm leadership, and human ingenuity turned near-certain disaster into survival, today, Apollo 13 remains a classic example of crisis management taught to engineers, business leaders, and emergency responders around the world.
