The Cincinnati Fire Department would like to share our sincere sympathies at the Line of Duty loss of Firefighter Johnny Tetrick with the Cleveland Fire Department. He was struck and killed last night during an expressway response.

@Kiel_Samsing We augment training with companies for burn days. Usually try to make it 2 for 1 and get FFs who can above grade as FAO or LT get reps in those spots. There's times and places for recruits to lead but at a fire is a hard sell.
