Two shareholders asked me why is $CNL drilling the San Antonio project (2 rigs) when we have a major discovery in Apollo (Guayabales project)?
Answer: How can we ignore a potentially giant system located next to the Pan American highway and hydroelectric power lines only a few km’s away from Guayabales?
San Antonio is without question a big & intensely altered system with porphyry style mineralization traced for more than 3km with the following attributes:
1. Multiple styles of porphyry related mineralization encountered through drilling incl. copper and gold porphyry mineralization, late stage CBM veins and sulfosalts.
2. Hole SAC-11 discovered a porphyry system by intersecting 290.2m @ 0.58 g/t Au, 3 g/t Ag and 0.17% Cu. We are hunting for the source of this mineralization
3. We continue to cut potential mineralization in subsequent follow up holes. See the video below of drill core tray from a recent hole cutting intense altered rocks enriched in sulphides. Caution** wait for assay results, which are expected in August.
The prize at San Antonio is potentially very large, a nice complement to our Apollo system. If we find a deposit at San Antonio, could it feed the same mill as Apollo?

NEW ARTICLE: IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 48 year old Oklahoma woman with Stage 4 Lung Cancer and extensive bone and adrenal metastases has almost complete resolution after 6 weeks!
This one came in today with a PET/CT scan yesterday.
It was too good not to post right away! 😃
STORY:
On Jan.22, 2025, 48 year old Oklahoma woman was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer with extensive metastases to bones, lymph nodes and adrenal glands.
In early Feb.2025, she had surgery on her cervical spine because it was unstable from a metastasis.
On April 1, 2025 we started:
Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
Fenbendazole 1500mg/day
RESULTS (after 6 weeks) (PET/CT May 15, 2025):
- LUL Primary lesion currently 1.5cm and SUVmax 3.5, from previously 3.1cm and SUVmax 12.3
- LUL 8mm nodule was previously 1.7cm
- LUL 1.1cm nodule was previously 2.5cm
- decrease in size of additional lung nodular opacities
- decrease in size and FDG uptake of intrathoracic and supraclavicular lymph nodes
- bilateral adrenal metastases are no longer hypermetabolic
- decrease in FDG uptake in multiple bone metastases
My Take…
48 year old woman with a diagnosis of Stage 4 lung cancer and extensive metastases. What a shocking diagnosis to be faced with.
I'm not sure how this cancer patient found me but she didn't wait long.
After only 6 weeks of high dose Ivermectin and Fenbendazole, most of the cancer is gone.
LUL Primary 3.1cm to 1.5cm = 89% volume shrinkage
LUL 2.5cm to 1.1cm = 92% shrinkage
LUL 1.7cm to 0.8cm = 90% shrinkage
From the patient:
" Really incredible news from the doc this morning!...my metastases are melting away. The doc was pretty excited. My whole PET scan use to be lit up, but now it's almost nothing!"
"I couldn't be more thankful!" 😃
My cancer patients are the best!!
They always make my day🙏
Lung Cancer has among the most dramatic responses to the Ivermectin and Fenbendazole combination I have seen in the past year.
I run the world's largest Ivermectin Cancer Clinic.
The entire project started with my Ivermectin and Fenbendazole articles on Sub.stack that went viral internationally in 2023.
After a dozen advanced stage cancer patients came to me with success stories from following my sub.stack articles, I decided to launch the Ivermectin Cancer Clinic in July 2024.
It has been a wild ride. I will focus on the positives:
@joerogan read my viral Fenbendazole article on his show with Graham Hancock. I'm still not sure he can pronounce "Fenbendazole" correctly 😉
@delbigtree invited me on his show @HighWireTalk and our episode was so good it went viral.
Dr.John Campbell @Johnincarlisle did a 2 hour Interview with me which went viral and is still up on Youtube. I highly recommend it.
@HealthRanger did an interview with me which also went viral and was watched by millions around the world...so many cancer patients watch his show!
One of Mel Gibson's close friends came to me shortly after I started the Clinic and had tremendous success. Mel Gibson briefly talked about it on Joe Rogan's Podcast.
Cancer patients come to me from all around the world. Sometimes I'm truly shocked.
Today's international patient highlights include:
11 year old from Macedonia
71 year old from Barbados
66 year old from Bosnia & Herzegovina
64 and 66 year olds from Australia
75 year old from Taiwan
and several from the United States including 3 from Texas! 😃
I honestly don't know where cancer patients are finding me, but much of it seems to be via word of mouth.
We're busier than ever!
But we help everyone we can.

The drilling surprises for $CNL ‘s Apollo system come in many forms.
Not only are we hitting beautiful core in the latest hole targeting Apollo close to surface (see video)…
We also had a surprise visitor to the pad, a highly venomous Red Tailed Coral Snake (see photo).
NEW ARTICLE: IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 51 year old American Woman shrinks her Breast cancer 99% prior to surgery!! Breast surgeon hasn't seen this in 30 years of practice!
Most cancer patients come to me at Stage 4, once they've exhausted many conventional treatment options. That's just how life is...
But what happens if a cancer patient comes to my world leading Ivermectin Cancer Clinic at an early stage? 🤔
Let's find out...😃
STORY:
51 year old American woman (wife of a physician) was diagnosed with a 2.1cm Breast Cancer in the left breast, Grade 2, Stage 2
We started:
Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
Mebendazole 1000mg/day
RESULTS:
Her primary breast cancer shrunk from 2.1cm to 0.45cm = 99% Volume Shrinkage!!!
From the patient:
“My Breast Surgeon said she had never seen anything like it in her 30 years of practice!”
"My situation is so unique, they are planning to send it to the Cleveland or Mayo Clinic"
This situation is unique because Oncologists are not at the cutting edge of Cancer treatments. We are. 😉
My Ivermectin Cancer Clinic sees cancer patients from around the world. And yes, my physician colleagues come to me either for their own health issues or for their loved ones.
While I face a lot of abuse and adversity from local governments, bureaucrats, financial institutions, etc, when cancer hits home, MDs and PhDs seek me out.
Bankers. Lawyers. Judges. CEOs. Hollywood Producers.
So what's my experience with early stage tumors?
Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole are often capable of shrinking tumors before surgery.
In this case, the tumor shrank 99%. Some of my patients have avoided surgery entirely.
This should be a hot area of research, if Oncologists had a spine. Maybe I'm just years ahead of my time.
Conclusion: you will not find these success stories anywhere else.
I could teach the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic a great deal...should they wish to enter the 21st century one day.🤷♂️
But "slash, poison and burn" is still much too profitable...

@joerogan
$CNL Apollo system continues to shine with sub-zone hole APC104-D6 hitting 114.5m @ 5 g/t AuEq within 263.85m @ 3.10 g/t AuEq.
The 1st of 11 high-grade sub-zone targets drilled now has a vertical dimension to it with its overall dimensions measuring 180m x 70m x 70m vertical & open. 10 more still to test and I bet as we drill parts of Apollo at depth where little to no drilling has yet to take place, we will find more sub-zone targets.
The high-grade sub-zones could materially boost the overall grade and metal content of Apollo.
High-grade veins also intercepted today north of Apollo incl. 1.65m @ 20.81 g/t AuEq. The northern Gold-Silver Vein Zone now has 350m of strike and is open in all directions.
Next up:
1. Initial assay results from drilling at the San Antonio project 🙏
2. Assay results from Ramp (bigger rigs are en route to the project, which will allow us to really expand Ramp in all directions)
3. Assay results from drilling of the top 150m of Apollo from surface.
4. More Apollo sub-zone results.
I am in Colombia this week visiting the team and projects.
Reviewing fresh drill core & one thing is certain without assay results in hand- a blue light in the dark clearly shows us that we continue to intersect big chunks of tungsten bearing mineral near surface. Beautiful blue glow!
Next in the cue from the lab: assay results from Apollo Sub-Zone drilling.
We at $CNL love to debate geological concepts; in fact its one of our best tools for unlocking value through drilling.
I would like to share a possible concept for the genesis of the Apollo system, which might help to explain the robustness of the system and its expansion potential with more drilling.
In the Apollo section image, we highlight molybdenum anomalies at over 20ppm encountered from drilling. Notice how there are two near surface parallel anomalies and then two more parallel anomalies approximately 1000m deeper on either side of Apollo? The theory is the upper and lower anomalies respectively, represent the cupola (the up thrush from the roof or top) of two different mineralized intrusions.
The upper intrusion related cupola is for the oxidized porphyry system we intersect with drilling over the top 1000 vertical meters, which is gold dominant but has appreciable amounts of silver, copper and tungsten.
The lower cupola is the top of the high-grade reduced related intrusion system named Ramp Zone at depth (We are not 100% sure yet that Ramp is a RIRS but its definitely an intrusion related system of some sort). Will the Ramp Zone cover 1000 vertical meters as well like the upper part of Apollo? It is worth mentioning that geological similar Marmato Deeps deposit, located 1.75km away from Apollo, has been drilled over 750 vertical meters and remains open.
Six rigs are currently turning with two more rigs expected to start operating before the end of March:
Rigs 1 & 2: Targeting the western portion of the Ramp Zone at the bottom of the Apollo system.
Rig 3: Targeting the potential high-grade sub-zones within the Apollo system.
Rig 4: Targeting for a potentially large lateral extension to the Apollo system on its northern side at around 1200MASL before continuing into the central eastern side of Apollo at depth to up to 900MASL where no prior drilling has ever been done. Will we intersect the Ramp Zone here? If so, it would constitute a major expansion.
Rig 5: Testing the Tower target for the first time ever 🤞
Rig 6: Mobilizing to the ME target as we think there is interesting potential at depth 🤞
Rigs 7 & 8: Stay tuned for more info in the coming weeks once plans are finalized.
Ramp Zone continues to ramp in size as it grows to the west $CNL $CNL.T
Last night we announced new high grade results from Ramp incl 75.8m @ 8.01 g/t AuEq.
https://t.co/o4NggmFSNo
We are being asked about the geological model and why we believe Ramp mineralization could occur outside of the Apollo breccia over a larger area than previously envisioned. Let me answer:
1. We are only 1.75km away from Marmato Deeps deposit (6.2m ozs) which is hosted in at least two rock units (precursor porphyry diorite and schist). The most likely outcome is that Ramp and Marmato Deeps are from the same powerful intrusion engine which has already demonstrated that it overprints multiple host rock units. If this is true, why would Ramp mineralization only occur on the Apollo breccia host unit?
2. In hole APC103-D2 announced on Feb 4/25 we already hit Ramp outside of the breccia body at the end of the hole when it bottomed in 18.5m @ 3.84 g/t AuEq in precursor porphyry diorite (bigger intercept in the hole was 51.95m @ 8.38 g/t AuEq)!
3. Marmato Deeps extends for 750 meters vertical and is open. It starts in a transition zone and then improves as the depth increases. Are we only in the transition zone at Ramp given we have thus far drilled the shallowest portion of the Ramp Zone discovery?
It’s clear we need to be aggressive with drilling at Ramp by stepping out laterally and vertically. Very exciting times for our team on the ground who deserve much credit for this success.
Next up:
1. Apollo Subzone Assay Results
2. Trap Assay Results
3. San Antonio Assay Results
4. Additional Ramp Zone Assay Results
