@Dr_BellaR @drdamoeyes Could it be they are annoyed about lack of appointments because people contact the Drs when they aren’t well. Annoyance isn’t due to assumption people aren’t working hard. They are in pain / sick / worried etc.

The only way I’m able to book a Drs appointment now is via this awful Generic question asking web based system Klinik. So after 2 try’s over the last 10 days I still haven’t been given an appointment. A call to Surgery just now reveals that I’m not even allocated anything

And my Dr is about to go on holiday (lucky thing). So they will ‘talk about trying to release an appointment with another Dr which might be up to 3 weeks. Im being let down here, in a big way. I was told that the public don’t realise how overwhelmed the surgery is
