@premierinn I raised a complaint with the receptionist at your Manchester Piccadilly hotel on 6 July and was told somebody would come back to me but never did. I then raised another complaint online and still not heard anything. Is anybody look into my complaint please?
@SkyUK your customer service is absolutely diabolical. Been customers of yours for 25 years and recently took two phone contracts out with you and one phone has not been working since the start. You have done nothing to help to solve the problem and nobody taking responsibility!
@greateranglia your conductors behaviour tonight on the Liverpool Street 6.30pm train was disgraceful-forcing an 18 year old girl to get off a train in the dark alone because of a genuine mistake with her ticket by half an hour. Shocking behaviour.
@greateranglia Thank you, nobody at Liverpool Street stopped her to say it was the incorrect ticket and I don't think she should have to pay a fine for a genuine mistake. She was very upset by his behaviour.
@easyJet your service is absolutely appalling. Flight cancelled last minute, promised by staff we would get compensation but how convenient, are blaming on weather when other flights were taking off and refusing to pay compensation. Absolute disgrace!
