Bengalis from Bangladesh entered Rakhine State in droves
----------------
(1824-1826) The British won the First Anglo-Burmese War and ended the war. With the signing of the Treaty of Yandabo, the peace treaty of that war, all of the Burmese territories of Assam, Manipur and Rakhine State came under the control of the British.
Since Rakhine State owns the Rakhine coastal region, anyone who has studied Rakhine State will know that it has been rich in rice, fish and shrimp since ancient times.
Since the time of Mrauk-U, the Rakhine Kingdom had been trading with the Dutch Empire and Portugal from Europe, and rice from Rakhine State was exported to Europe. Mrauk-U's Baw Dut Port was a famous port during the Mrauk-U period.
When the British occupied Rakhine State, they brought in tens of thousands of Bengali workers from Bangladesh to work as farm laborers.
This is the first record of the Bengali people from Bangladesh entering Rakhine State.
(The second invasion of Bengalis into Rakhine)
In 1971, a bloody war broke out between the armies of East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) and West Pakistan (now Pakistan) for more than eight months. "
" In that war, more than 3 million Bengalis were killed and more than 400,000 women were raped. This war is recorded by the world as the Bengali Genocide."
" During that war, about 500,000 Bengalis crossed the Nat River and fled to the Buthidaung and Maungdaw townships on the Rakhine side (if you imagine the horror of the war in which about 3 million people died, you can see it. Therefore, the Bengalis from the Bangladesh side fled to Rakhine in droves. The Burmese troops also took humanitarian aid and settled in Buthidaung and Maungdaw townships. Refugee camps were built and protected.
"Even after the war ended, about 500,000 of these Bengalis remained stranded in Rakhine State due to the endless killings, rapes, and arson on the Bangladeshi side.
On March 26, 1971, the Bangladeshi government declared the country of Bangladesh to the world. After the declaration of Bangladesh, it sent an official diplomatic letter to the Burmese government. There are records of the diplomat sending a letter to the Burmese government thanking the Burmese government for helping and sheltering the Bengalis who had fled the war and saying that they would take them back."
"Later, the Ne Win government, which was no longer patient, expelled all these Bengalis from Rakhine State in the second half of 1978 under the name of Operation Nagamin. The purpose of Operation Nagamin was to prevent the infiltration of foreigners, the interference of foreigners in the economic and social affairs of the country, The presence of foreigners who violate existing laws and the need to conduct a household census in villages along the border are among the reasons. The Bengalis who were expelled during the Naga King campaign were later forced to return by the United Nations, and they were forced to return.
The previous authorities recorded that the number of Bengalis who returned for the second time was twice as many as those who had been expelled during the Naga King campaign by the Ne Win government.
Successive governments in Bangladesh have not taken back a single Bengali who fled to Rakhine State, and there is no evidence that any of these refugees have left. "This is a record of the mass influx of Bengalis into Rakhine State that no Bengali can deny.
There are no Rohingya people in Bangladesh, and there are no Rohingya people in Myanmar."
That name is a fake ethnic name created by the Muslim conference of Aale Than Kyaw Village, Maungdaw Township, held in June 1951
@KoliFightsGBV Everywhere barking, what’s it?
No way, these Bangladeshi immigrants are begging for money from western countries and attacking at the same time to the local people.
Shameless creatures!
@AM25360438@nslwin Bark like a dog 🐕 bangli! No matter how hard you have lied to western countries, you can never lie us who you really are. If you are not from Bangladesh, why do you speak similar language to Bangladeshi?
@AM25360438@BBCNews@cnnbrk@FortifyRights@NUGMyanmar Bengli immigrants come from Bangladesh that’s why they speak Bengali. What is wrong with this Bengali? If they don’t accept their native, it is up to them, but no one can create a new nation. History is proof!
@basilthegreat It’s just beginning. It will be worse in the future or 15-20 years, if the liberals politic won’t stop importing the cancer cells from the middle east.:(
