800m is not a short distance to swim in a pool, let alone in open water after a 20+ minute threshold effort in the heat.

@Sethgolfs @Deantree3 @CrossFitGames Swimming in open water is hard. Swimming 800m in open water is really hard. Swimming 800m in open water while trying to get your breath after a 20+ minute run @ threshold is absurd.
There's a reason the leg that is most likely to kill you comes before the others in triathlon.
