Has built much more long term density in the legs as well as more strength, for me at least. Move the weight fast and compound lifts. Variations of each of these (back squat/front squat, deadlift/RDL, Split squat/Bulgarian).
@dusty_buns87@StrengthDebates I think I was doing 1:30-2 mins of rest and then on the last few sets I was doing maybe 3-5 mins.
Give the program a whirl, never looked back and I was a personal trainer for like 10 years. Everyone I’ve ever suggested this to has also never looked back.
@StrengthDebates I need to show you my before and after of 6 years on your program. I think I was a soaking wet 145 lbs, lean as can be and now I’m 192 😂 proof is in the pudding. All my weights have gone up 50-100 or so lbs on each exercise
