We recently learned that about 1/3 as many people used Evidence Action’s chlorine dispensers as we previously estimated in Malawi and Uganda (~5m ppl vs <2m). Here, we dig into what happened, how we learned about it, and next steps for dispensers and chlorination more broadly.
