@drunkbeater @Lordmiles Little to no Europeans hate AC for some made up reasons. Vast majority would love to have one, but most buildings were not designed for it or were built decades ago. Sub 30°C temperatures were fine, and it was much more important to trap heat in -20°C winters that were common.

I didn't think I'd ever do that, but I really recommend Zen browser. The new "Boost" feature set is amazing!
The new "Zap" feature allows you to remove parts of a website, and it remembers it when you reopen the site later!

The best thing is it's a Firefox fork and not Chromium

MEPs are directly voted into office by people, and EU commissioners are delegated by governments of countries(which you won’t believe, are chosen in fair elections!)

Let's look at a cheap option. All the school does is give permission for the employees to concealed carry. No one HAS to get a gun. No one HAS to concealed carry. Maybe the principal is required to get a gun, if you live in a particularly leftist enclave.

Now any school shooter does so with the knowledge that any random teacher could Sig Sauer his tail. You don't look that scary in the papers after the Hispanic janitor guns you down. This would have two effects:

1) it might discourage some shooters.

2) the shooters who aren't discouraged will need to keep their heads on a swivel, and be cautious. This gives the teachers and kids a much bigger window of time to escape.

3) it costs the school literally nothing.

I put two Claudes in a loop. Told them to advocate for opposite sides of a choice but write CONCEDE to stop the loop if a winner was certain. Then I went to sleep. When I woke up they'd figured out what I'd done and mutually concluded I should not make life decisions with AI.
