Social workers are the helpers of all community members. Why do our community member have to suffer with GBV, depression and porvety when we have social workers that are trained in participatory community work unemployed @CyrilRamaphosa @LindiweZulu6

Let us serve our communities with pride... @tito_mboweni said there is budget to hire social workers, @The_DSD says there is no budget, minister lied. Who's right then 🤷🏾‍♀️@PresidencyZA @PresidencyZA @Strashna @daphney_ms @EFFSouthAfrica @Julius_S_Malema @DBE_SA

Its very unpleasant to see that our country is facing social ills while there is so many unemployed graduate who are looking forward to serve the community. Enough with 4 months contract and stipend!!!

When are you going to start sourcing resources to address the GBV second pandemic which is on going. Hire social workers and restore dignity toRSA

The contract opportunity confirmed that this country is in need of our services, we worked under extreme circumstances but thats what we do. We deserve better than contract jobs so is our country
@PresidencyZA @CyrilRamaphosa @LindiweZulu6

[Maria Tsogo @MariaTsogo]

#HireSocialWorkers We are definitely not stopping. Until we get recognized and we get answered. Imagine working as a contract social worker and earning R6000 a whole 4years degree graduate

SA government should provide a broad range of social services designed to prevent or treat gender based violence. These services should include counselling and advocacy for victim of abuse; educational programs for those at risk of abusing and being abused #HireSocialWorkers
