Has anyone sent host payment to @bookingcom and then have them just not apply that payment to your account for months on end? Proof of payment sent multiple times, their rep confirmed that yes the payment was received, but the invoice still shows as unpaid.

@CTVNews It took 3hrs to get through Immigration a couple of weeks ago at Pearson (they had to stop ppl at the top of the escalator as there was no room for more ppl below) it was already chaos at the airport b4 the increased testing. Only 7/18 booths were staffed. Schedule more pls!
