Tip to stay in the air longer for beginner double unders!
- Use a stairs/step.
- Do 3 normal jumps 1or2 inches off the ground.
- On 4th jump, jump up a step that is 5or6 inches high.
- Don't bend your knees too much, use extra force to push harder off the balls of your feet.
Our good friend @JoannaDonnellyL from @MetEireann and @WeatherRTE recorded this message for young people who may be interested in 'ReelLIFE SCIENCE @ HOME'. You can win β¬1000 for your school or youth group by making a one minute science video - AT HOME! https://t.co/DBnedwkR3i
