Unless you have Celiac or a true food allergy the science is lacking to support strict avoidance strategies (at least for the long term).
What else do we need to flip the script on?
I see so much fear-mongering with food avoidance-- sadly it is an extension of the diet culture we have been force-fed for decades (pun intended).
I prefer to ask "What can we ADD or just simply swap to increase the nutrients in our diet?"
