@AshwiniVaishnaw@RailMinIndia@DrMohanYadav51@CVCIndia@RailwaySeva
Shri Mridul Mittal, a non-gazetted employee *(Chief Ticket Inspector)* of ticket checking cadre(level - 7) of Bhopal Division, was working on deputation on the gazetted post (Level-8) as OSD/TC/Railway Board for the last 06 years.The irony is that thereafter he was redeployed on deputation to Madhya Pradesh Government, whereas Shri Mridul Mittal should have been sent back to his parent cadre i.e.Ticket Checking (level -7) in Bhopal Division for minimum three years.The redeployment of Shri Mittal from one deputation to another without cooling off period is in clear violation of the clear guidelines mentioned in DoPT letter No. 2/11/2016-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 20.07.2018, according to which a minimum cooling off period of 3 years is mandatory between successive deputations.
Please look into the matter.

@AshwiniVaishnaw@RailMinIndia@DrMohanYadav51@CVCIndia@RailwaySeva One error begets another. Mr. Mridul Mittal, OSD/TC/Railway Board, had a long-standing tenure at the Railway Board. A campaign by crusaders, replete with various allegations on X, culminated in his tweets going viral and his eventual ouster from the Railway Board. Paradoxically, he was then redeployed on deputation to the MP government. This move, however, blantly contravenes the explicit guidelines outlined in DoPT Letter No. 2/11/2016-Estt.(pay-II) dated 20.07.2018 which mandates a minimum 3-year cooling period between successive deputations.
Kindly look into this matter.

@AshwiniVaishnaw@RailMinIndia@RailwaySeva@CVCIndia@LabourMinistry *Mridul Mittal OSD/TC /Railway Board* mentally harasses those subordinates who oppose the corruption spread by him in Rail Bhawan and Zonal Railways. *Mridul Mittal OSD/TC/Railway Board* sends such subordinates for surprise checks for minimum fifteen to twenty days as punishment and he gives such orders verbally so that no evidence of violation of labor law can be found. In this way *Mridul Mittal OSD/TC/Railway Board openly* **violates labour laws.* kindly look into this matter.
@AshwiniVaishnaw@RailMinIndia@RailwaySeva@CVCIndia This is a fight against corruption. Corruption is being spread in Railway Board as well as various divisions and zones of Indian Railways by Mridul Mittal OSD/TC/Railway Board. Mridul Mittal is a very corrupt person. This fight against that corruption will continue.

@RailMinIndia@RailwaySeva@CVCIndia It has come to light that apart from spreading corruption, Mridul Mittal OSD/TC/Railway Board also indulges in hooliganism in Rail Bhavan. Mridul Mittal runs a secret campaign in Rail Bhavan to defame those who raise their voice against Mridul Mittal's corruption.
