@RapSheet Baltimore crushed the draft, which is no surprise

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@MetsHotTakes @SheaKitten @DannyAbriano Danny didn’t even mention eppler not getting a catcher.

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@MetsHotTakes @SheaKitten @DannyAbriano More importantly, aside from robertson, it’s late august and we are in a race. Joely and Trevor May are throwing high leverage meaningful innings. That’s a problem.

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@Doom25_ @mikemayer22 I mean maybe. I hope he gets a shot, but there’s a reason he’s not been called up.

If he can get better control, could be special

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@DannyAbriano Great take here. Really shows how eppler ended up working as a sports agent

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@AHSodergren @gkantor_18 @JoePantorno This pen is going as far as Tylor Megill takes it. Prob hyperbole, but he’s so important

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@AHSodergren @gkantor_18 @JoePantorno I mean, it was an Alderson move. The guy didn’t know how to build a pen.

The excuse that May coming back was an important addition to the pen was such Wilpon crap. He’s garbage and will be throwing important innings down the stretch and playoffs

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@CCUgleee1 @MetsSouthFla @BryceInHisVeins Lol, you lost to a team ran by billy eppler. The Phillies are a joke

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@MattGelb As the great Matt gelb once said , “the Phillies are back”

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@mikemayer22 This is a correctable mistake. Unfortunately eppler’s failure on the pen is not

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@mikemayer22 He’s better than Ruf. They made a mistake with the prospects, it’s a sunk cost. Give the kid a chance

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@mvpHarper @RaiseTheApple9 @Phillies You know you’re a loser, when this is your argument

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@StevenACohen2 Weak pen, but a lot of heart!

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@michaelgbaron Phillies and Mets have weak pens. Fine in the 9th, but you can’t just ride that out. Poor job by both squads

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@dwo1026 @KFCBarstool He’s just shot. Doesn’t have the 98mph bullets every time.

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@ernestdove Not sure why eppler didn’t get the memo that May is dogshit and needed pen help

[CryingFlores @CryingFlores]

@DannyAbriano No crap. It’s should be the end of eppler
