And on top of that they cancelled the tech appointment for today because the outage was "fixed" this is the worst experience I've ever had with a internet provider. My wife and I been missing 3 days of work because of this. Glad I have the opportunity to get Spectrum
@FrontierCorp So there was an outage on Tuesday, was "restored" Wednesday night but I didn't have services still and a tech was schedule for today. Then yesterday I received a text that the outage was still going but it was "fixed" today but still no services
@FrontierCorp I'm about to switch providers just because your website won't work anytime I need it to work on my phone. There is an outage in the area and I can't login or do nothing on your site. Even when I'm trying to check my bills or anything related to my account.
