🔻 SUNSCREEN ENTERS YOUR BLOODSTREAM IN UNDER 24 HOURS. THE FDA CONFIRMED THIS IN 2019. THEY DID NOT PULL A SINGLE PRODUCT. THEY TOLD YOU TO KEEP APPLYING.
In January 2020, a randomized clinical trial published in JAMA found that six active sunscreen chemicals — including oxybenzone and avobenzone — absorb into the bloodstream after a single application. Not after years. After one use. At concentrations exceeding the FDA's own safety threshold by 180x to 500x.
The FDA did not recall them. They issued a statement: "Continue to use sunscreen."
Oxybenzone is a confirmed endocrine disruptor. It mimics estrogen. It crosses the placental barrier. It has been found in 97% of Americans tested. It is in breast milk. It is in amniotic fluid. It is in your children before they are born.
A former formulation chemist — 11 years at a top-3 sunscreen manufacturer:
"We had internal absorption data by 2014. Full transdermal penetration within 26 minutes of application. The compounds don't sit on the skin. They were never designed to. The delivery mechanism is identical to a pharmaceutical patch. We knew this. The mitigation strategy was never reformulation — it was public messaging. Keep the consumer applying. The margins on chemical sunscreens are 1,400% above production cost. Mineral alternatives cost 4x more to produce. The decision was financial. Every internal document confirmed that."
They told you the sun causes cancer. What they didn't tell you:
Vitamin D — produced only through direct sun exposure — is the single most critical regulator of immune surveillance against malignant cells. A 2023 meta-analysis confirmed: Vitamin D deficiency correlates with a 30-60% increased risk of colorectal, breast, and prostate cancers.
They blocked the one thing your immune system needs to fight cancer. Then sold you a chemical that enters your blood and mimics hormones. Melanoma rates have increased 320% since 1975 — the exact period sunscreen use became widespread.
The paradox is published. McGill University, 2023: "Sunscreen usage is climbing, but so are melanoma and skin cancer rates."
They didn't protect you from cancer. They removed your defense against it and charged you $14 a bottle.
15 minutes of direct sun daily. No screen. Arms and face exposed. Your body produces 10,000-20,000 IU of Vitamin D in that window — the amount they sell you in pills because they blocked the free version.

They made you afraid of the sun so they could sell you a hormone disruptor and call it protection. The sun is free. That's why they taught you to fear it. Share this.
⚡️Children remember the moments when the family becomes fully alive.
That is the core. Vacation is just the common vessel.
A child does not encode childhood as a spreadsheet of responsible parenting.
They encode atmosphere.
They remember the motel pool, the gas station stop, the smell of sunscreen, the weird restaurant, the long drive, the sunset, the parents laughing differently, the feeling that normal life cracked open and something larger appeared.
That is why ages 5 to 10 hit so hard. The child is old enough to form durable narrative memory and young enough for the world to remain enchanted. Parents still feel mythic. A beach, cabin, lake, theme park, road trip, or even a cheap rented house can become sacred geography.
The real mechanism is interruption of routine plus emotional safety.
Ordinary life teaches stability. Trips create myth. The family leaves the repeating loop of school, work, chores, screens, exhaustion, and time pressure. For a few days, the child experiences parents outside their normal roles. Mom and dad are no longer just managers of homework, food, discipline, bedtime, and logistics. They become companions inside an adventure.
That imprints.
The money matters far less than parents think. Luxury is mostly adult vanity. Children remember intensity, freedom, attention, surprise, and togetherness. A $200 trip can beat a $10,000 trip if the child feels wonder and the parents are emotionally present.
Many adults are starved because their childhood had no sacred interruptions. Everything was duty, stress, survival, noise, pressure, or emotional absence. No mythic family scenes. No private homeland in memory. No recurring proof that life could be warm and strange and alive.
That matters for the adult psyche. People draw from childhood memories during loneliness, fear, ambition, loss, and love. Those memories become inner architecture.
Deepest compression: a good childhood is not built only by protection. It is built by unforgettable shared worlds.
Take the kid somewhere. Break the loop.
Make the ordinary world disappear for a few days.
That becomes part of them forever.
Stop destroying your children´s health by putting them on vegan diets
Just incredible how often i have to respond to parents that ask me why their children are weak and tired while they feed them only vegan. Also applies to adults by the way
1: STOP destroying your children's life, health, and future, they need animal protein
2: they are white, weak, sick, tired, because they lack critical nutrients and energy-dense food
3: you want to kill yourself, go ahead, but do not do this to your children, they deserve balanced nutrition and a chance to grow up into healthy adults. They want to consciously decide to weaken themselves afterwards when they are adults, fine, their mistake to make, but at least you raised them with proper food into adulthood
4: you want to indoctrinate yourself with fault y nutritional science, climate madness & guilt, go ahead, but leave your children out of it
5: and if you are weak & tired as an adult as well, you should stop your vegan diet immediately. That is literally step 1, even more important than meditation, energy-work, or anything else

Lunch im Badischen mit meinen Eltern. Sie haben noch ein befreundetes Paar mitgebracht.
Er (Anfang 70) ehemaliger Ingenieur bei Daimler. Gute Rente, sicher auch nette Betriebsrente, Mitarbeiteraktien, abbezahltes Eigenheim. Gehobenes Bürgertum.
Im Restaurant gibt es Schnitzel vom Kalb. Schön hauchdünn gekloppt, in reichlich Butter ausgebacken, regionales Bio-Kalb, Top-Qualität, sehr lecker.
28,99 Euro.
Do konnscht jetzt sage was willscht!“
Mein Vater nickt zustimmend.
