Names, dates of birth, phone numbers, residential addresses, email addresses, and Identification numbers are not needed to make or receive Bitcoin transactions.

The only reason why these things were needed in the past was that the banking system had no automatic and infallible way to identify clients.

Now that Bitcoin exists, there is no pretext for collecting this information, any more than there is a reason for collecting the names of people who buy and eat Pupusas.

It is not rational to expect a fully formed completely perfect government to emerge out of nothing, or out of a previous system that was very broken.

That being said, it is important that lessons are learned and changes in direction made in a timely manner. If not, the corrupt, evil, broken thinking of the legacy regime will persist and cause people to suffer.

No government on Earth should require information from citizens who want to do math on a database. It remains however, the exclusive sovereign choice of every government to either abuse or refrain from abusing citizens.

There are however, absolute truths of reality that anyone who is rational must accept in order to claim the higher ground. Finding out what these principles are is difficult for the uneducated but it is possible to approach them.

No one with a single brain cell is going to give up life in the tolerable West for a jurisdiction that is fundamentally irrational. People move because conditions are better, not because they are worse.

Paperwork obsession, mania for regulation and other offences against decency are intolerable for anyone who has the means to live comfortably wherever they are.

In order to attract the already defacto free people, you must offer an advantage of some kind; an advantage so compelling you're willing to give up the comforts currently afforded to the wealthy in the West.
