@mrjamesob It's an nightmare. My business exports to the EU and we've been complying with checks and certificates going to eu since last Jan. It's been our most difficult year or trading with huge costs, admin and delays. Brexit is a barrier to everything. Show me the positives

@tescomobile I urgently need my phone lines connected. Day 11. Porting still not complete. Can't run my business. Can't submit vat return or export good. I need my phone to authenticate logins to lots of account. Totally unacceptable. Still no call back despite daily promises.

@tescomobile Yes they have been and continue to say the same information Ive been told for the past 3 weeks. I've spoken today to the ombudsman and they have asked me to request a dead dead lock letter in order for them to take on my case. I believe @tescomobile are unable to resolve this.

@tescomobile Another week comes to an end and still not connected to my keep number. Still no one in the UK able to speak with me. Just the same old from @tesco everyday. No further forward. No call back. Worst utilities experience I've ever know. Worst customer relations too.

@Janice_1968 @tescomobile If I'd known I'd never have moved. Almost 2 weeks of major inconvenience for my business and I have no clue when I'll be able to get things done. I can't believe how much this is affecting me. My only telephone communications have been with call centres in Africa. Infuriating!
