I’ve been looking more into prediction markets lately, and honestly, I think there’s something really interesting about them.

Most of the time in crypto, we have an opinion about what we think is going to happen.

BTC is going up.

ETH is going down.

A certain team is going to win.

A particular event is going to happen.

We argue about it, post about it, and watch the outcome play out.

Prediction markets turn that conviction into something you can actually take a position on.

I came across @Wahoopredict while exploring the space, and I like the simplicity of the idea.

You can browse different events, look at the possible outcomes and decide where you think the market is wrong.

But that’s also where it gets interesting.

Having an opinion is easy.

Putting something behind that opinion is completely different.

It forces you to think about probabilities, timing and how confident you actually are instead of just saying “I told you so” after the fact 😂

I’m still exploring WahooPredict, so I’m not calling it the next big thing.

But prediction markets are definitely a space I’m going to be watching more closely.

Would you actually put money behind your own predictions, or do you prefer being the guy in the replies saying “I knew this was going to happen”?
