I turn 29 today.
Here are 29 life lessons I learned so far:
1. True happiness is peace. Not money. Not proving people wrong. Peace.
2. Peace is not cheap, but chaos costs more.
3. Adulthood is realizing half your problems can be solved by sleeping or not replying immediately.
4. In business, your reputation is more important than your revenue.
5. Love is easy when life is easy. Real love only shows up under pressure.
6. Being early means nothing if you cannot stay alive long enough to be right.
7. Opening your heart can hurt. Closing it forever hurts more.
8. The person you marry has more impact on your life than almost any business decision you will ever make.
9. You can win in public and still lose in private.
10. Purpose is not supposed to feel good all the time. Sometimes it feels heavy because it is carrying the life you asked for.
11. The conversation you avoid usually becomes five harder conversations later.
12. A good relationship is built by learning how to repair, not by never fighting.
13. Self-care is not a face mask and a warm bath. It is saying no, respecting yourself, and having boundaries.
14. Nobody has it figured out.
15. The fastest way to find out what you value is to see what you are willing to suffer for.
16. You can be grateful and still want more.
17. Nobody warns you how much of adulthood is just eating protein, answering emails, and pretending your back does not hurt.
18. You can love your work and still need a life outside of it.
19. You do not need more time. You need fewer distractions.
20. Some days you are building the dream. Some days you are just doing laundry and trying not to crash out. Both count.
21. Business is mostly trust, consistency, and doing what you said you would do.
22. If you keep needing to escape your life, something in your life needs to change.
23. Don't ask for the spiciest item on the menu.
24. Be careful becoming successful at something you do not want to keep doing.
25. The older I get, the less I care about being right and the more I care about being good to the people I love.
26. Never go to the grocery store while hungry.
27. The best things in life are built slowly. Except back pain. That appears overnight.
28. Your future life is built through boring reps.
29. Life gets better when you stop trying to look impressive and start trying to be useful.
Everyone says “reply guy” is the best way to grow on X.
Starting today, I’m giving myself a challenge.
Question is, how many replies should I go for per day? 50? 100?
Still chasing the next 100x memecoin?
Here's the math:
Memecoins → 0.0024% hit $1M
Business → 0.1% hit $1M
You're 42x more likely to make it by building something real.
But go ahead, keep gambling.
Someone's gotta be exit liquidity.
I got suspended on X. No warning. No explanation. Just gone.
Here’s the full story — what happened, what to do if it happens to you, and how to protect yourself.

4 years ago, I quit my job.
I was a full time clinical psychologist working 12+ hour shifts every day.
I told my boss at the time about how burnt out I felt and how I couldn't focus during my sessions anymore.
She laughed at me and told me I shouldn't complain, as: "you are the highest earner in my clinic." (note: I was earning $400 a month).
She then went on to tell me about how I will never find a better paying job and that I should count myself lucky for the opportunity she had given me.
That was the moment something inside me snapped. I stopped her, told her I quit, and handed her my resignation right then and there.
I remember coming back home that day, angry, anxious and afraid. I thought:
"How will I afford taking care of my family?"
"What will I do now?"
"Did I just make the biggest mistake of my life?"
But that same night, amidst all the chaos, I received two unexpected text messages from two of my followers on Twitter asking me if I'd be open to start working with them.
And that is how my journey into NFTs began.
It's been a rollercoaster ride, filled with highs and lows. Yet, not a day has passed where I've regretted my decision.
I've managed to work with 100+ of my favorite brands, built the most established agency in the space with my best friend, and discovered a side of myself I never knew existed.
The moral of this story? Let go of what does not serve you.
Is Friend Tech about to wipe out NFTs?
• Over the past 11 days, Friend Tech has outperformed ETH NFTs in terms of volume.
• Since its inception, the app has generated 10% of BAYC’s total lifetime volume.
• This week, Friend Tech has onboarded 4X as many new users compared to the previous week, marking it as the second-largest onboarding event since its launch.
However, these achievements have raised concerns about the app’s long-term sustainability.
Do you believe Friend Tech has staying power?
The only way to get better is to practice.
That's it. There are no quick fixes or shortcuts.
In yesterday's space, @shivst3r shared his personal journey of self-improvement, detailing how he progressed from a beginner to a master spaces host.
Takeaway: There are no shortcuts.
Today, I finally hosted my very first Space. ❤️
Despite my hands trembling throughout;
And my voice occasionally wavering;
And the self-judgment that crept in at times;
I persisted.
But here's the remarkable part: as soon as I wrapped up and ended the Space, I felt an incredible sense of accomplishment wash over me.
This post isn't intended to push you to start your own Space.
Instead, it's a plea for you to set a goal that terrifies you to your core, something that makes you tremble, and then go ahead and do it regardless. ❤️
There are few things in life that can compare to the feeling of achieving something you deem truly valuable.
