@oykun Honestly, Design Twitter compares apples to oranges. Freelance/owning a studio isn’t FT employment. A 90k salary costs ~102k considering tax or 136k USD total. Agencies bill ~2x COGS, so a hire must generate at least £200k to make sense.

@pizzaboy @rektbuildr Guys, to clear things up once and for all, because I keep seeing people not understanding SWIFT or Wise in the replies. SWIFT is irrelevant here, outdated, a way for banks to make more money. Wise, and hence Monzo, doesn’t use SWIFT. The money gets transferred p2p.
