This interview given by Shri @RameshOffcl Minister for @tnhrcedept clearly shows how far removed he is from the truth. How much false information has been fed to him by the HR&CE Department officials. How easily he has been deceived....

1. On what basis the Minister is saying that these lands were NEVER Temple lands. A mere statement is not enough.

2. If no temple had filed a civil suit claiming the lands, blame the @tnhrcedept - don't blame the "temples" which are administered by fraud.

3. Can the Minister show how many individuals filed "civil suits" claiming those lands to theirs and not temple lands?

4. Instead of saying no temple filed a civil suit, Minister should actually say "the Department miserably failed to resume Inam lands in the name of the temple under Section 41 of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959"

5. Minister talks about action being taken under Section 78 against rent defaulters. Can the Minister show how many of the orders passed under Section 78 to recover the lands were implemented?

6. Can the Minister explain why action under Section 78 orders was stopped in Vedaranyam after TVK coming to power? Is it because minorities were involved as chromic rent defaulters

7. Have the unscrupulous and anti-temple persons in the HR&CE Department told the truth to the Minister that rent revisions for Temple and endowment lands have not been carried out for more than a decade?
And this failure is Criminal Dereliction of Duty by the officials in @tnhrcedept

It is not by chance @kgbias Kumaragurubaran IAS became the Secretary of Religious Endowments Department.
Kumaragurubaran has done many criminal deeds when he was the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept regarding Temple funds and properties and the Hindu Religious Common Good Fund. If the Minister continues to listen to him, I am sure he will not get the true picture of what is happening in the Department.

Though the ruling party’s ecosystem praises Nirmala Sitharaman as the best finance minister, I have explained many times, with details, why she is the worst finance minister in post liberalised India.

I was not surprised when she said that the NEET re-exam gave students an opportunity to prepare further.

She has always been insensitive, arrogant, and completely detached from the reality of day to day India.
