➜ The current phase is a transition phase. The old "plays" are closing one after another, making way for the new ones.

➜ Most of the interesting upcoming projects have either not launched yet (Risc Zero, MegaETH) or are still in the starting blocks (Eclipse, Babylon, Move).

➜ "Classic" airdrops will become increasingly rare. The points meta is in full swing.

➜ Eventually, a new meta will emerge. It will be similar but different, and it will be as successful as points were at their launch.

➜ Under-the-radar airdrops are emerging by hiding information and forms directly in the documentation.

➜ There’s a real game around NFTs being airdropped, but it's relatively unpredictable, unless you are deeply invested in the NFT ecosystem in question.

➜ We’re seeing more and more rewards for early activity on Discords. If a new project launches, it's worth being active on the Discord for the first 2-3 months.

➜ Seasons 2 and beyond are playing a triple countercurrent. The token price is down, the allocated percentage is lower, and the hype is non-existent.

➜ Only a few LRTs/LSTs with S1 airdrops remain: Stone, Meth, and uniETH.

➜ For 98% of airdrops, the right move was to sell them at launch for ETH/BTC/stablecoins.

➜ You always look for the maximum friction in the projects you’re positioning yourself in.

➜ The losers in airdrops are those who buy these tokens (and those who are ineligible).

➜ This cycle is severely lacking innovation in DeFi and its mechanics (We’ve only seen Eigen + Tap so far).

➜ Unfortunately, marketing > user experience > tech.
