DYOR isn't about finding the next 100x.
It's about avoiding the next rug pull, and surviving.
A strong research process won't eliminate risk, but it can dramatically improve your odds. Also do not put all eggs into a single basket 🧺
The best research platforms don’t eliminate disagreement.
They make it visible.
On OGAudit, multiple Crypto OGs can audit the same project from different perspectives, helping users see where opinions align and where they don’t.
Consensus is useful and so is knowing where it breaks.

Unlimited Zcash Bug
Zcash ($ZEC) crashed 36%+ in 24h, erasing $3B+ market cap after a major Orchard privacy bug disclosure.
The flaw (live since May 2022) let attackers mint unlimited fake ZEC inside the shielded pool. Discovered May 29 by Taylor Hornby using Claude AI for a working POC exploit. Fixed fast: soft fork June 1-2, hard fork NU6.2 on June 3.
Devs say prior minting is unlikely, that big has been fixed. But full privacy means no way to prove zero fakes existed before the patch. That uncertainty triggered the selloff.
Shielded Labs now fast-tracking a public supply verification upgrade.

.@Circle reportedly blacklisted the @Zama Confidential USDC (cUSDC) contract on Ethereum, freezing around $12.6M USDC user funds in the process.
Contract:

A reminder that USDC can be frozen by its issuer at any time. Convenience and compliance come with centralization risk.
Do you still use USDC stable coin, what do you think about this?
Blockchain was transparent from day one. Evidence was clear. Yet despite court orders and legitimate claims, @MEXC refuses to cooperate.
📢Is this about compliance policies, or is MEXC choosing to retain the funds?
📢If this request came from US, EU, or China authorities instead of EFCC, would the response still be the same?
This could happen to anyone, even🫵, so...
