@TRHLofficial Tariffs are not tax breaks for people as Trump and his Press Secretary believe. They will lead to higher prices short term amd then will be offset by tax breaks yet to be passed. The net would be zero on the macro. Slight of hand but not helpful at all to the middle class.

@TomiLahren @PeteHegseth People always cite qualifications or education. He was a military veteran with multiple Ivy league degrees. Defense Secretary is an executove position. As a realist, I accepted that there would be criticisms no matter who was selcted but Hegseth is a well qualified executive.

@KamVTV Thune will be good on some fronts, especially energy policy. On tax reform, he may be more cautious than the expressed platform from Trump/Vance. What we can expect for sure is no tax increases from Washington for the next 4yrs. On immigration it has proven to be legislatively

@peterschweizer Peter the Fed itself is not politically imbalanced, but the leadership certainly because of polotical appointments would be. The workforce is not.

@elonmusk Start with mandatory hiring freezes at all government agencies (excluding military of course). Turnover and retirements alone over the next 2 yrs will be a great start as you work on the larger issues.

@MarioNawfal The problem with to many people with liberal arts degrees is they are often underemployed, underpaid (their own expectations), and all to often become dissatisfied people. Some grow up, have families, and move from urban cores where their political beliefs can mature.
