Decentralization requires us to take the role of a central entity. The community members have made plenty of money. Giving back should normally isn’t an issue.

On top of that the funds will be able to be sent directly and instantly to a local team where things can get done in a timely fashion. Currently there are too many delays and government speed bumps.
