• if you’re building in the catch-all phrase “web3,” be prepared to interact with others who aren’t confined to corporate bologna who’ll tell you to phuck off when needed.
• don’t marinate in a silo. If you do, sooner or later you’ll realize the outside world doesn’t care (4)
• find people who’s strengths compliment your weaknesses AND give them the autonomy to do what they do best.
