So something occurs to me as I'm sat here today.
- 14 months since the vote to give @SamCKx $1.2m to work on @AtlasWallet
- 7 months since the beta was closed
- $550,000 of that has been off-ramped
And here we are with no beta, no updates, and no accountability
Absolutely mental behaviour by @SamCKx.
-Lock down your account so only approved followers can see posts.
-Run a poll in an echo chamber for sycophants.
-Hide the fact that you only got 42 votes in said echo chamber, and claim some sort of "community mandate".
In typical cowardice fashion, Sam Kelly @SamCKx unblocked me just to leave a reply comment on my post, then blocked me again after he was finished posting replies.
I’ve never blocked a person the entire time I’ve been running this account even when people have made threats against my life.
Only a coward blocks people.
And only manipulative narcissists like Sam will unblock to reply then block again.
@CedarDAO holders needs to get out while they can because if Sam gets his way and takes over $CDR, you can guarantee the remaining Cedar DAO operational funds will dry up and Sam will find an excuse to manipulate you all into allowing him to sell his own tokens so he can suck the last bit of funds remaining in the CDR LP.
@0dteSPY Yes, because that's what large investors want to see. A new committee.
Not working products.
Not accountability.
Not defined and legal governance.
A new committee.....
The nonsense at @CedarDAO has reached a critical point.
After the staking exploit, @SamCKx pushed for a chain migration instead of the responsible action of resuming trading as soon as possible on BSC, then planning a proper migration. Which makes his recent demands of the committee to resume trading immediately that much more idiotic.
Sam then simply decided that the project was going to be a DAO (which is still isn't, and never was).
He held community votes, which are not regulated, legally binding nor treated as DAO directives to give the team at the time, primarily @RocketGPT, the "permission" to actively manage the LP.
He also used these community votes to justify sending $1.2m from the token project to Wallet Enterprises LTD, a company he owns solely, for development and marketing with the promise to give 50,000 Class B non-voting shares to Cedar Dao, if and when it ever actually forms.
Sam then decided to walk away from the token project to focus on @AtlasWallet , but left before the DAO was set up and seemingly had no transition plan in place. He abandoned the token, plain and simple.
Sam and Rocket were the architects, and sole arbiters of the LP situation we now find ourselves in, and bear the brunt of the responsibility.
People want to focus on @fre_eWilly because he sold some tokens, but the overall community has severely lost the god damn plot.
Sam led the charge with torches and pitchforks to give you a scapegoat so no one would pay attention to what has really happened, and how he is ultimately to blame for all of this.
What a LIAR! 😂 Do people still believe this clown?
@coffeebreak_YT's investigation dropped on April 22, 2022. @SamCKx was still doubling down on Safemoon 6 months later.
Sam is every bit the scammer as Karony - just not as skilled at it 😂
Despite public protests, and his horrendous track record of trying to "play the market" with project funds, he still managed to sway things to what he wanted, ultimately hurting not only the project, but every single holder.
As we are well into the journey of @CedarDAO having migrated to Solana, I wanted to check on the declaration that Sam made when he proclaimed that BNB was "dead" and Solana was the future.
Not only was he wrong about the future, he was wrong AT THE TIME he made that declaration. BNB was already outperforming SOL before the 15 October 2024 vote that moved the project to Solana in the first place.
Here is the breakdown of the Wallet Enterprises @AtlasWallet@SamCKx company shares.
It confirms the class B shares that will be assigned to @CedarDAO
Looks like they can issues up to 250k shares.
You weren't the catalyst for the harassment of David, but don't try to pretend your actions didn't exacerbate the situation. You made an offer in what appeared to be an earnest attempt at defending your friend and a project you were early in, but even so it carries responsibility.
You (along with Cedar committee and Sam) keep making the claim that he used confidential or proprietary information, and it absolutely was not. He was acting in the same manner as a LOT of holders at that time. The DLMM was publicly, visibly in danger of running out of LP. It was mentioned in X posts, on TG and in the Discord. On none of those platforms did anyone from the team nor committee offer a response resembling, "We are looking into this and will take actions to correct".
- Depleting LP
- No signs of corrective actions
- No words from team nor committee
Everyone was selling, his was just the biggest sell.
Was it unethical/immoral? Perhaps.
Was it insider trading? Absolutely not.
His behaviour reflected general holder sentiment, and does not satisfy a MAJOR contributing component of the illegal acts you insist he committed.
The architect of @CedarDAO, and the root cause of it's complete spiral into the depths of crypto hell, @SamCKx.
Once again, shirking all accountability and responsibility for his very documented and public actions that led us to where we are right now.
What more proof does anyone need that Sam has absolutely no idea what he is doing.
Tin Foil Hat: Or he knows exactly what he is doing, and it's simply not in the best interest of anyone but himself.
In any case, holders are once again at the receiving end of another arsing.
@puffuletsssss So your attempt to excuse this behaviour is "hurt people hurt people"?
If he can't control his emotions, he should not be in a position where he is representing the project, and has the power of admin over people.
What an absolute lack of compassion or empathy.
Clearly this person had more important things going on in their life, and has finally come back looking for updates. Which of course is made difficult by the fact that everything before Jan 1 was erased from all socials, Sam obliterated his entire history, and hiding or deleting posts seems to be standard operating procedure.
The updates we do get are few and far between, and are as vague as can be, so it's not a surprise that people are having a difficult time catching up.
Some things never change.
