The Rejection & The Trap. 📉

While we track the $89k $BTC reclaim, we must map the invalidation. The chart shows two clear downside paths if momentum fails:

1️⃣ & 2️⃣ The Rejection (92.5k -> 89k) If we rally to $92.5k and reject, expect a retest of the breakout zone: • Target: $89,000 (Prior Resistance + 4H 50 EMA).
• Bull Rule: We MUST hold this retest to confirm the S/R flip.

3️⃣The Structure Break (Below 87k) If we lose the local bull structure at $87,000, the recovery is dead.
• Target: Liquidity flush to $82k - $80k.
• The Risk: A drop here likely sets up a "Liquidity Trap" for fresh lows.

$BTC is finally attempting to break out of the sub-$89k consolidation range. We are seeing the first signs of a structural shift on the lower timeframes.

1. The Reclamation Zone ($89k)We are currently reclaiming the prior range lows at $89,000. This level is critical. Flipping this from Resistance back to Support is step one.

2. The EMA Flip (Trend Change)For the first time in this downtrend, price is pushing above the key dynamic resistance cluster: • 1H 200 EMA (First close above since Nov 12) • 4H 50 EMA• Daily 8 EMA

These moving averages have suppressed price for weeks. Reclaiming them signals the immediate sell pressure is exhausted.

3. Volume Validation 📊This isn't a low-volume fakeout. We just printed the highest 1H Volume candle since Nov 21. The impulse is real.

The Pivot to Watch:The Bearish Market Structure remains intact until we break $92,500 on a 4H closing basis. • Below $92.5k = Relief Rally. • Above $92.5k = Reversal.

BITCOIN: The 3 Stages of Reversal. 🗺️

The $92.5k breakout is just the start. To end the Bear Trend, $BTC must clear two institutional "Guardians."

1️⃣ The Trigger ($92,500): 4H Structure Flip. Opens the door to $100k.

2️⃣ The Trap ($102,400): The 50-Week SMA sits here. This is the "Bull Market Support Band." It is now heavy resistance. Expect a rejection here first.

3️⃣ The Pivot ($106,000): The 200-Day SMA (Daily Trend). We are Bearish below. We are Bullish above. A confirmed daily close >$106k officially kills the downtrend.

The Plan: Trade the space between $92.5k and $102k. Don't marry the bag until $106k clears.

BREAKING: The Treasury Auction "Triple Crown" is complete. ✅

7-Year Note Auction Results:
• Actual High Yield: 3.781%
• Previous: 3.790%

Yields came in lower than previous. Demand was solid. We just cleared the 2-Year, 5-Year, and 7-Year auctions without a liquidity crisis.

What this means for $BTC:
The "Supply Overhang" fear is gone. Bond yields are stabilizing. This clears the runway for risk assets.
