@cotupacs To be honest I was curious about some planes as they was emitting ridiculous amounts of trails who later become like fog in sky and some planes don't emit nothing at all. So there is app you can track planes. Surprisingly enough plane emitting trails was not a list at all

@ChamberofFit Well i do few warmup sets and then 1 heavy drop set beyond failure, then other exercise, 1-2warm up and blast it. Finish workout in 30-40min(excluded stretching) I notice significant increase in mass and strength. However need a week rest sometimes even more
