@Ren9706 What about if it just ranges, does that mean it could go up or down ?

@BowTiedOx 51 here. Trained hard until my early 30's. Sporadically trained through my 40's but was mainly a wreck. Sorted myself out 3 years ago, now train 6 times a week, got food mostly dialled in and feel mentally and physically the best I have for 2 decades.Stopping was the mistake.

@adamscochran @DonAlt I've read your posts for a couple of years.Always found them insightful, balanced and knowledgable. This take on Home Education, and the hubris of suggesting it's mild child abuse and even YOU, as amazingly talented as you are, wouldn't do it, is comical. Such a shame.

@LibertySwapFi @Ren9706 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆 I enjoyed reading your posts previously, liked your positivity, but you've jumped the shark alas.

@LibertySwapFi @Ren9706 You do realise some of us went through that phase holding our bags right ?At almost no point did I ever feel excitement once the initial launch subsided. And I've not sold a token since, still vaguely hopeful, but there was no hype/excitement phase for me or anyone I know who held

Rest in peace, Patricia Routledge 🙏🏻

In memory of her, I encourage everyone to read these words of hers from February last year.

Whether young or old, you're bound to get something out of it.

*****

"I’ll be turning 95 this coming Monday. In my younger years, I was often filled with worry — worry that I wasn’t quite good enough, that no one would cast me again, that I wouldn’t live up to my mother’s hopes. But these days begin in peace, and end in gratitude.

My life didn’t quite take shape until my forties. I had worked steadily — on provincial stages, in radio plays, in West End productions — but I often felt adrift, as though I was searching for a home within myself that I hadn’t quite found.

At 50, I accepted a television role that many would later associate me with — Hyacinth Bucket, of Keeping Up Appearances. I thought it would be a small part in a little series. I never imagined that it would take me into people’s living rooms and hearts around the world. And truthfully, that role taught me to accept my own quirks. It healed something in me.

At 60, I began learning Italian — not for work, but so I could sing opera in its native language. I also learned how to live alone without feeling lonely. I read poetry aloud each evening, not to perfect my diction, but to quiet my soul.

At 70, I returned to the Shakespearean stage — something I once believed I had aged out of. But this time, I had nothing to prove. I stood on those boards with stillness, and audiences felt that. I was no longer performing. I was simply being.

At 80, I took up watercolour painting. I painted flowers from my garden, old hats from my youth, and faces I remembered from the London Underground. Each painting was a quiet memory made visible.

Now, at 95, I write letters by hand. I’m learning to bake rye bread. I still breathe deeply every morning. I still adore laughter — though I no longer try to make anyone laugh. I love the quiet more than ever.

I’m writing this to tell you something simple:

Growing older is not the closing act. It can be the most exquisite chapter — if you let yourself bloom again.

Let these years ahead be your TREASURE YEARS.

You don’t need to be famous. You don’t need to be flawless.

You only need to show up — fully — for the life that is still yours.

With love and gentleness,

Patricia Routledge

When the most vocal Qubic critic is forced to admit that Qubic disrupted Monero’s network with nothing but raw hashpower… that says everything. No VC funding, no ASIC farm, no PR team—just pure performance.

We tried to warn you but you ignored us.

Now, here we are, rewriting the rules.

[Dione Protocol @DioneProtocol]

Ever wondered how much energy crypto actually burns?

It’s humongous; one Bitcoin transaction can use more power than a small apartment does in a week.

That’s the dirty side of Proof of Work.

But here’s why we flip the script.

Our Odyssey Chain runs on Proof of Stake, so validating one Dione transaction can use less energy than sending a Google search; while the whole network rides on renewable power. You don’t need a warehouse of miners or fossil-fueled data centers; you can literally run a node on solar, validate with Starlink, and keep the whole chain green.

What’s this look like in the real world?

• Orion hardware lets anyone become a validator, no grid dependency, just sun and a signal.

• Nebra’s peer-to-peer energy marketplace is built so you can sell extra solar to your neighbor, with every kWh traceable on-chain.

• The Green Certificate program means you see exactly where your clean energy came from, no carbon accounting guesswork.

Most blockchains just hope to do less harm. We’re actually building the rails for clean, decentralized energy trading, every day, not just in theory.

That’s what a net-zero blockchain looks like.

This is Dione’s lane: not just offsetting, but integrating renewables, AI, and off-grid validators to shrink crypto’s carbon footprint for real.

Curious how the next-gen energy economy runs?
