@kevinsekniqi Keep posting about substance L1 projects deployed and in the works. Aside from that, very little matters for the livelihood and success of #Avalanche. Games are good, DeFi is good, authenticity is good, commerce is good, government is good, ...
@toly@nic_carter If that's the case, crypto shouldn't be dragged into a case of bad TradFi investment decisions in the face of "surprisingly fast" interest rate hikes by the Fed.
@DavidSacks Action or inaction by the Fed will be the indicator of how deep they're in the big banks pockets (for whom it's all too convenient to let the small and nimble competitors get clobbered).
@asmartbear Indeed, commonly published as case studies detailing customer business values of utilized features. Highly effective sales/marketing tools when done right. It's rare to find companies who do that at statistically-significant scale.
As the bank of choice for crypto, Silvergate Bank's failure is disappointing, but predictable. I warned of Silvergate's risky, if not illegal, activity—and identified severe due diligence failures. Now, customers must be made whole & regulators should step up against crypto risk.
@cobie@cburniske Unlike the previous iteration of the web, "dot-com" came before #web2 took over. One could argue we've pre-maturely locked on #web3 where in reality, we're still at the "dot-block" stage of market development.
@avalancheavax @_patrickogrady@AaronBuchwald@stephenbuttolph Makes sense to focus on dev-first tooling, Go, Rust, SDKs,... at some point, low-code tooling and sandbox for entry-level experimentation?
@steviemctweets au contraire! Thriving in the age of constant change and relentless uncertainty requires mastering skills not taught in school or college (which often creates a false depiction of workplace/venture realities). That's true not only for founders but for most folks these days.
@ZssBecker Isn't that analogous to a gold rush where selling jeans (Levi's) ends up being the better play? ie figure out which infra the big games are built on. Wait, we know the answer to that already.
@demirelo Where can we see what incentives/rewards each subnet provides? Can this be integrated into core wallet for frictionless staking (as validator) or delegation?
@JustinFineberg You really don't need AI for that, let's face it, we have appropriate pre-GPT tech that could've been integrated to achieve the above. Sure, GPT makes this better suited for interaction with humans but bots that take action and service integrations already exist for a while.
