FRIDAY MORNING PRAYER 🙏🏼
Pray with me:
Dear Lord,
Thank You for this Friday morning. You are my strength when I am tired and my shield when I feel vulnerable.
My heart trusts in You today, Lord. I know You will help me through whatever this day brings. Thank You that I can walk confidently forward knowing that You are by my side
Because of Your help, my heart can leap for joy. No matter how this week has been, I choose praise. With my song, I praise You.
You are my strength, my shield and my joy.
Praise You, now and always.
In Jesus' name,
Amen 🙏🏼

Lord Jesus,
This day belongs to You.
Before I give my attention to the world, I give my heart to You. Before I carry today’s responsibilities, I surrender them into Your hands. “This is the day the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24).
Order my steps today. “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105). Guard my thoughts, guide my words, and govern my decisions. Let nothing I do today be separated from Your presence.
Jesus, I offer myself to You as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God (Romans 12:1). My time is Yours. My work is Yours. My conversations are Yours. My opportunities are Yours. Even the interruptions are Yours.
Give me eyes to see the people You put in front of me. Make me quick to encourage, slow to anger, generous with grace, and courageous with truth. Whatever I do today, let me “do all to the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31).
When I am tempted to worry, remind me that You are already in my tomorrow. When I feel weak, remind me that Your grace is sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9). When I don’t know what to do, teach me to trust You with all my heart and acknowledge You in all my ways (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Most of all, Jesus, don’t simply bless my plans. Shape my plans around Your purposes.
I dedicate this day to You. Use my hands. Use my voice. Use my influence. Use my victories and even my difficulties for Your glory.
“To live is Christ” (Philippians 1:21).
So today, let me live like I belong to You.
In the name of Jesus,
Amen.

Father,
Thank You that my hope is not limited by my age, my past, or the seasons behind me. Your mercies are new every morning, and Your faithfulness has no expiration date. “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength” (Isaiah 40:31).
Remind me that as long as You give me breath, You still have purpose for my life. Abraham was old when the promise came. Moses was eighty when You called him to confront Pharaoh. Caleb was eighty-five when he said, “Give me this mountain” (Joshua 14:12).
So renew my hope today. Restore the dreams that came from You. Give me courage for what is ahead, wisdom for this season, and strength for today’s assignment.
Teach me to say with the psalmist, “They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green” (Psalm 92:14).
I will not measure my future by the years behind me. I will measure it by the faithfulness of the God who goes before me.
My best days are not defined by youth, but by obedience.
Jesus, I trust You with whatever comes next.
Amen.

Father, thank You that I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me (Galatians 2:20). Because Jesus died and rose again, I count myself dead to sin and alive to You in Christ Jesus (Romans 6:11).
Help me walk today in newness of life (Romans 6:4). Let sin no longer reign in me, but may I present myself fully to You as one who has been brought from death to life (Romans 6:12-13). Set my mind on things above, where Christ is (Colossians 3:1-3), and let the life of Jesus be revealed through me (2 Corinthians 4:10-11).
I have been made alive together with Christ (Ephesians 2:4-5). So today, let me live not for myself, but for Him who died and was raised for me (2 Corinthians 5:15).
I am alive because Christ is alive.
In Jesus’ name, amen.

Father, thank You that victory is already ours in Jesus Christ. Sin has been defeated, death has lost its sting, and the grave does not have the final word. Your Word declares, “Thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57).
Today, we stand not in our own strength, but in the finished work of Jesus. We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. No accusation can condemn what Christ has redeemed, no darkness can overcome His light, and no enemy can undo what the cross accomplished.
So we walk today with confidence, gratitude, and joy. Jesus is risen. Jesus is reigning. Jesus is victorious. And because we belong to Him, His victory is ours.
In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
