It's not fully approved and gone thru the full FDA regulations yet and were allowing the government to try and mandate this...what else will we allow the government to mandate without approval??

Anyone hear of the HIPAA law or has everyone forgotten?? The Governor in Michigan is going to require businesses to ask people to show proof they've been vaccinated if they don't have a face mask required on their establishment! She should probably retain a better lawyer!!

@CletusJawed Seeing as it's a vaccination it is most definitely under HIPPA. I'm a licenced pharmacy tech and i could no more tell you who received a flu shot so exactly what makes anyone think it's legal to ask for this?

@wxyzdetroit I see law suits in their future as HIPAA laws apply to vaccines as well!! They can not ask anyone to show proof of this and expect people to not invoke their rights!

@ThinkinSayin @TheTalkCBS One of my son's who is 30 had 8 armed officers show up at his apt for a warrant and they had weapons drawn and threw him to the ground in front of my grandsons. The warrant was for a $12.00dollar back child support!! My son is white and no criminal record! Change is def needed🙏

@DebraRSimons @TheTalkCBS I completely agree this definitely shouldn't of happened. He pulled a gun on his uncle and then on an officer. The fear is on both sides unfortunately. Police are supposed to be trained to keep their cool but criminals no matter their race only care about themselves.#staysafe🙏

@Mommaforreal @TheTalkCBS Mr. Crump just said this on the talk. He said it shouldn't have mattered that he had a warrant they could have dealt with that at a different time. If they waited to arrest all individuals with warrants there'd be alot of criminals on the street.
